This tutorial will guide you through setting up and using the Sha service on your iPhone and iPad. Follow the steps below to get started quickly.

Step 1: Download the app

Download Shadowrocket from the App Store. You can find it in the following ways:

  • Search "Shadowrocket" in the App Store

Tip: Shadowrocket is a paid app (about $3). You need to purchase it to download. We provide a free US Apple ID account for you to use.

Step 2: Sign up or log in

After downloading, log in to your LibrasCloud account to get a subscription. If you don't have an account yet, click the button below to sign up:

Sign-up includes the following steps:

  1. Enter your email address and password
  2. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  3. Click "Create Account" to complete sign-up

If you already have an account, just enter your email address and password to log in.

Step 3: Purchase a suitable subscription

After logging in, you need to purchase a subscription plan that suits you:

  1. Click "Subscription" in the left menu
  2. Select "Purchase Subscription"
  3. Choose a plan and complete payment

After purchase, your account will immediately receive the corresponding data allowance and validity period.

After your subscription is activated, you need to configure your connection settings:

  1. On the main screen, tap "Node List"
  2. Choose a server node that suits you (we recommend the one with the lowest latency)
  3. Tap "Connect" to start the service

After connecting successfully, the status indicator will turn green, indicating the service is running.

What if the app can't connect?

If you encounter connection issues, try the following:

  • Make sure your network connection is stable
  • Try a different server node
  • Check whether your account has enough data
  • Restart the app or your device

How do I update the app?

The Shadowrocket iOS app updates automatically via the App Store. You can also check for updates manually in the App Store.

What if I run out of data?

When you run out of data, you can purchase more in the app, or log in to our website to top up.
